Assistor-Uuttera is now Auto-Uuttera Oy!
The reason behind the name change is a business arrangement, as a result of which the ownership of Assistor-Uuttera was transferred on 1 December 2023 to the company’s management and to Uuttera Oy, which was already a shareholder of the company.
The name change does not affect the business-ID, contracts, or the services we provide. Auto-Uuttera continues to be a trendsetter and leading service provider in the industry, further developing its services and operations based on vehicle logistics and customer needs.
Together with the name change, our company look, and homepage have also changed. We will continue to use the previously familiar AU ball as our main logo. In addition, we can be recognized by the combined logo consisting of the AU ball and the Auto-Uuttera name. AssiX trademark will be used in in vehicle installations and extranet services.
Our new slogan is “Diligence since 1945“. Diligence describes “Uuttera” in English and thus perfectly fits the culture and way of working of Auto-Uuttera, founded in 1945.
